Cancellation and refunds
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the charter fee will be refunded in accordance with the specific charter operators refund and cancellation policy. This will be detailed on the contract or charter agreement. Where possible in the event of a cancellation a suitable replacement boat and/or charter will be offered to the customer. Refund amounts issued will decrease the closer to the commencement date of the charter and will normally be subject to an administration fee.
